About me

I'm Lu. I was born in a small town in Argentina, located in the northwest. For as long as I can remember, I have believed that excellence, effort, and perseverance are the basis for growing, adding value, and being part of the change.

Professionally, I am passionate about user experience, with innate leadership skills, a clinical eye in homologation and consistency, and extensive experience in CX and UX research, I have more than 20 years in Design and more than 15 years in the digital and UX fields. I am characterized by constant training, collaboration as a basis in team leadership, and by living and promoting values such as respect, integrity, and excellence.

I have more than 7 years in the financial sector in the most important banks in Chile, from Neobanks and digital banks to traditional banks and financial cooperatives and insurance companies. In the last 6 years, I have led multidisciplinary teams (Product Design, UX and UI Design and Research and Content Strategy) and the implementation of Design Systems, both in design and development.
